A superhero I made up for the DC Universe.
Specifically Batman. <_< Her name is Eva Ecker, aka Feedback, a girl with goggles that adjust light, focus, zoom and so forth depending on subtle changes in eye movement, facial twitches. She wore them for a year or so, before they adjusted properly to suit her. Basically, she's a tracker. Good sense of smell, hearing. Got no superhuman strength, isn't much of a fighter. She was trained just to be quick, to put her enemy's in a position to hurt themselves, dodge so they run into a wall, etc. She is quick to recognize people, just based on voice, even body movement like stride. She gets her name from a mask she wears over her mouth that can convert her voice to a robotic one, and record other sounds. Helps out Batman when she can, but has an independent streak that keeps from being a sidekick or what not. Dunno, I like her. EDIT: Oops. Based on [link] |

Yeah, that exactly why I like the Batman universe. For the most part, the main heroes and villains are just well trained rather than super. Which makes them cool.
Nothing kills a story faster for me then godmoding.
